People with bank accounts are fully aware of internet banking. But now this facility is also available to post office account holders. Customers can now use Indian Postal Internet Banking without any hassle. You can transfer money through Post Office Net Banking. With it all the work related to RD, PF, NSC project can be completed from home.
Post Office Net Banking Process
1-Visit the Postal Department website www.indiapost.gov.in.
2- In the option given on the left, click on the ‘Online Banking’ option.
3- Then click on ‘re-direct’ to open a new window in the browser.
4- Log in using your user ID and password
5- If NetBanking user ID is not generated, click on the New User Activation option given below in the window.
6- Enter customer ID and account ID and proceed
7- You will be asked for some more information related to your account.
8- You will be asked to create a password after entering the information
9- After creating the password Net Banking, i.e. the user ID and password for the e-banking facility will be activated. After that you can log in.

Rules for using Netbanking
There are some conditions to use Post Office Net Banking. According to the information given on the Post Office website, KYC related documents are required for a valid single or joint account. In addition, the mobile number, email ID and PAN number must be registered in the account. Only the person who fulfills all these conditions can use his account.
